In 20 seasons as the tennis coach at Pace University, Ramona Polvere posted a 283-128 dual match record…Named ITA East Region Coach of the Year in 1993 and 1998… Won 16 conference championships (6-Metropolitan Collegiate Conference, 8-NYCAC, 2-NE-10) and 10 consecutive conference titles…11 appearances in the NCAA Div. II Championships in 13 years…Named ITA-Wilson Div. II National Coach of the Year in 1993…Coordinator for women’s athletics at Pace from 1986-96…Served as president of the Metropolitan Collegiate Tennis Conference… Division II NCAA Regional Ranking and National Committee Chairperson… She was the founding tournament director of the NYS Division I and II State Championships and served as the ITA-Rolex Tournament Director from its inception in 1990 through 1997…Pace University Asst.
