Jody Hill was a member of the Pace University women's basketball team from 1990 to 1994 that established herself as a team player on the hardwood throughout her career. Hill appeared in the starting lineup in all 123 games she played in, which is still the most in program history. She also sits atop the record book in career assists (807), dishing out 117 more than any other player. Additionally, she ranks third all-time in steals with 314, while her 1,213 career points ranks 13th.

As Pace's all-time assist leader, Hill not surprisingly holds three of the top-five single-season assist records. Her 236 dishes in the 1992-93 season ranks second all-time in program history, while her 221 in 1993-94 and her 212 in 1991-92 sit third and fourth overall. Incredibly, Hill has 117 more assists than any other player in program history.

Hill helped the Setters reach historic heights during her time in the Blue and Gold. She led the Setters to the 1992-93 ECAC Division II Championship, being named Tournament MVP in the process. Hill was also a member of the 1993-94 Setters team that made a postseason run into the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament. Her contributions to the historic team earned her Female Athlete of the Year and an NYCAC All-Star selection in 1994.
