Patricia Thomas-Arscott tops the list of the best student-athletes in the history of the Pace women's tennis program. Thomas finished her career with the second-most singles victories in program history, going an impressive 85-17 throughout her tenure as a Setter. She is also tied for the program's single-season wins record after she finished the 1997-98 campaign at 32-2. Thomas also holds both second and third place on the single-season doubles victory list with 24 in 1997-98 and 23 in 1998-99. She ranks first in the most consecutive singles matches won with 20 across the 1997-98 and 1998-99 seasons, which surpassed her previous record of 17 straight wins earlier in the 1997-98 campaign.

Thomas' career culminated in her selection as the Pace Letterwinner of the Year in 2000. She was selected as the Northeast-10 Conference Player of the Year in 1999, and was also named to the 1999 NE10 All-Conference First Team. Thomas won the NE10 Singles and Doubles Championships in both 1997 and 1998. She also took home the MCTC Doubles Championship in 1999.
