Jennifer Brigham played four seasons for the Pace volleyball team, helping lead the Setters to one of the best stretches in program history. Brigham is arguably the program's best defensive player of all-time, tallying a record 708 blocks during her career. Her 396 solo blocks and 312 block assists also rank No. 1 all-time. Not only stellar on defense, Brigham posted a .285 career hitting percentage, the third highest in program history, while also ranking in the top-four in career kills (1,829), digs (1,654), and games played (593).

In addition to the individual numbers, Pace went a remarkable 130-39 in Brigham's four years on the team. The Setters made the NCAA Tournament in all four of her seasons, advancing to the Sweet Sixteen in 1996 and 1997, as well as making a run to the Elite Eight in 1998. As a freshman, Brigham helped lead the Blue and Gold to a New York Collegiate Athletic Conference (NYCAC) Playoff title, the first championship in a decorated four-year span. The Setters went on to win Northeast-10 Conference Playoff championships in 1997 and 1999, as well as winning the NE10 Regular Season title in 1998.

As a sophomore in 1997, Brigham recorded 124 solo blocks, a new program record. Her 522 kills in 1997 still rank as the eighth-highest single-season total, while her 82 service aces sits third all-time. In 1998, Brigham was named to the NCAA Northeast Regional All-Tournament First Team, AVCA All-Region, and All-NE10 Second Team.

Brigham saved her best work for last as a senior in 1999, being named the NE10 Player of the Year, selected as the NE10 Tournament MVP and to the All-Tournament Team, and as Pace's Female Athlete of the Year. She broke her own solo block record with 158, which remains the most in program history. Brigham also posted a .320 hitting percentage (T-8th) and 582 kills (7th) during her senior season.
