NEW HAVEN, CT. – On Friday, Pace women's swimming and diving traveled to Southern Connecticut State University for their eighth event of the 2024-25 season. In the road meet, the Setters fell to the Owls 173-93.
Eugenia Morossi continued to dominate both backstroke events remaining undefeated in the 100-yard and 200-yard this year. On the night, Morossi posted a time of 1:00.63 and 2:09.09 in the 100 and 200.

Sophie Greko took third with a time of 2:02.25 while
Jean Donlevy captured fifth with a time of 2:06.03.
Aryana Twist claimed a third-place finish in the 200-yard butterfly registering a time of 2:22.66.
Caroline Ranno continued her strong season on the diving board sweeping both events with a score of 192.00 on the 1M dive and 192.75 on the 3M dive.
In the 500-yard Freestyle, Greko took second with a time of 5:28.13 and Donlevy touched in at fifth with a time of 5:50.50.
To wrap up the meet, the Setters finished second in the 400-yard Freestyle Relay recording a time of 3:50.37.
With Friday's action in the books, the Blue and Gold move to 6-2 overall on the season.
The next event for Pace women's swimming and diving is on Sunday at 4:00 p.m. when the Setters host Central Connecticut State University, Scared Heart University, the College of Staten Island, and Rider University for the Pace Diving Invitational.
