NORTH ATTLEBORO, MA. – After guiding another standout season on the boards for the Setters, Pace University Diving Coach
Dylan Korn has been named the Northeast 10 (NE10) Conference Women's Diving Coach of the Year, earning the honor for the fifth time in his tenure.
Korn once again elevated the program on both the men's and women's sides, developing top performers and delivering consistent results throughout the season.
On the women's side, Korn coached sophomore
Caroline Ranno to a dominant campaign that resulted in NE10 Diver of the Year honors. Ranno totaled 13 individual victories, swept both diving events at the NE10 Championships, and earned Diver of the Meet recognition. She also claimed a conference-best five NE10 Diver of the Week awards, highlighting her consistency across the season.
The Setters also achieved national recognition with a No. 19 ranking in NCAA Division II in the Pro Diving Coaches Association (PDCA) rankings during the 2025-26 season. Korn's ability to develop talent and produce high-level results has been a cornerstone of Pace's success in diving, with the Setters continuing to establish themselves among the top programs in the conference.
The honor marks another milestone for Korn, whose sustained success and impact have helped shape the Blue and Gold's rise in the conference.
