PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. – On Sunday afternoon at the Goldstein Fitness Center pool, Pace University Men's Swimming and Diving turned in a strong overall showing, coming up just short in a 152.5-131.5 dual meet against Saint Michael's College. The Setters delivered several standout individual and relay performances throughout the day, continuing to showcase depth and early-season momentum.
The meet opened with an early statement from the Blue and Gold as
Javier Cisternas-Gomez,
Melo Meir,
Aidan Tat, and
Talis Veidis combined to win the 200 Medley Relay in 1:40.46.
From there, Cisternas-Gomez anchored the team's efforts with a trio of victories, sweeping the backstroke and individual medley events. The sophomore standout captured the 100 Back in 54.21, followed with a win in the 200 Back (2:03.36), and closed his day with a first-place finish in the 200 IM (2:02.20).
