PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- After garnering Northeast 10 Player of the Week honors,
Maxwell Streety of the No. 9 Pace University men's lacrosse team has earned a spot on the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Division II Team of the Week, the organization announced on Tuesday.
Streety joins
Preston Kral,
Daniel Zabbia, and
Ryan Kemp as Setters who have earned spots on the weekly team this year.
The primary faceoff man for the Blue and Gold was dominate last week in the Setters lone game against Franklin Pierce University, going 16-17 on the day while securing eight ground balls to help consistency set up the Pace offense for success.
Streety currently sits at fifth in DII in faceoff win percentage with a 68.7 win percentage on the X.
The Setters return to action on Friday at Northwell Stadium when they welcome No. 4 Adelphi University for a 7 p.m.
