MANAHAWKIN, NJ -- Isabella Boertjes, Mackenzie Heyl, Miranda Moshang, Nadia Pavlik, Melissa Ritchie and Morgan Strecker of the Pace University Field Hockey team have all been named 2023 Division II Scholars of Distinction, the National Field Hockey Coaches Association announced on Monday.

This esteemed program recognizes the academic excellence of student-athletes who have demonstrated exceptional prowess, maintaining a cumulative grade-point average of 3.9 or higher throughout the fall semester of the 2023-24 academic year.

33 total student-athletes from the Northeast 10 were named to the list. The six from Pace leads the conference while American International College and the University of New Haven each placed five.
