PLEASANTVILLE, NY - Pace Men's Basketball currently sits as the 11th-rank team in all of NCAA Division II. Since the beginning of their season, the Blue and Gold received the accolades of two Northeast-10 Players of the Week (Tray Alexander/Trey Boyd III), a Metropolitan Basketball Writers Association (MBWA) Player of the Week (Jaden Kealey), and a DII National Player of the Week (Alexander). To add onto the string of success, head coach, Matt Healing, was named NCAA DII National Head Coach of the Week by HoopDirt Monday afternoon.

Healing and his squad are off to their best start in Pace Men's Basketball program history. The Setters opened up the previous week with a dominant 99-60 victory over Wilmington University (Del.) to improve to 10-0 and secure the best start to its regular season. Pace went on to extend their record to a clean 11-0 when they defeated RV Jefferson University, 76-65, on Saturday, Dec. 14.

The Setters will be looking to improve to 12-0 overall when they close out their non-conference schedule against the College of Staten Island (CSI) on the road Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m.
