PLEASANTVILLE, NY – Pace Men's Swimming hosted their first meet of the season with the Adelphi University Panthers in the Goldstein Fitness Center on Saturday evening.
On the night, the Setters dropped to the Panthers 49-175 with two blue and gold swimmers posting second-place finishes.
Michael Ferstler and
Niels Callewaert paced the team in the Northeast-10 (NE10) event with the top finishes for the squad. Callewaert took second place in the events of the 200 IM (2:03.12) and the 100-yard Breast (1:02.12). Ferstler finished second in the 200-yard Freestyle at 1:52.74 and third in the 100-yard Backstroke at 55.11.
In the 200-yard Freestyle relay, the team of
Owen Butryn,
Ian Ensuncho,
Santiago Domenech, and
Cayden Breeden took third with a time of 1:35.61.
