PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. – Three Pace University women's soccer players earned 2022 All-NE10 recognition, the Conference office announced on Wednesday.
 
Allison Carr (Plantsville, Conn./Southington) was named to the First Team, Ava Viebrock (Wappingers Falls, N.Y./John Jay Senior) earned Third Team and All-Rookie Team selections, while Cecilia Puentes (Garwood, N.J./Arthur L Johnson) was also recognized on the Third Team.
 
Carr finished the season with eight goals and five assists for 21 points. The sophomore forward finished the regular season ranked second in the conference in overall goals, points and shots (59). Carr finished fifth among NE10 players in assists. Last year, Carr was an All-Rookie team selection.

Puentes was a vital presence for the team in the six position. As the gateway between the defensive and offensive lines, the senior midfielder played a crucial role in all aspects of the field. Puentes tallied five points this season with two goals and an assist. The New Jersey native has started every game of her career as a Setter. As a freshman she was on the NE10 All-Conference First Team and All-Rookie Team as well as a D2CCA All-East Region selection. 

Following in Puentes footsteps, Viebrock also earned all-rookie and all-conference honors. Viebrock registered 15 points on the season, the second highest Setter scorer. Her points came off six goals and three assists and the rookie forward was credited with one game-winner. The Wappinger Falls, N.Y. native started 16 of 17 games played in her debut season. 
 
The Setters finished with a 6-8-3 overall record, 4-7-1 in Northeast-10 Conference games.
