Esports Wraps FORGE Championship with Strong National Showing

SAN ANTONIO, TX. – Pace Esports closed out its run at the FORGE Scholastic Esports Championship with strong performances across VALORANT and Rainbow Six: Siege, continuing to prove itself against some of the top collegiate programs in the country.

Pace VALORANT reached the FORGE SEC ECAC Grand Finals, where the Setters faced Northwood University, the #3 collegiate VALORANT team in the nation. Northwood opened the series with a 13-5 win on Ascent, but Pace responded on Lotus with a 13-9 victory to even the match and force a deciding third map. Northwood ultimately took Breeze, 13-3, as the Setters finished second overall in the group.

Pace Rainbow Six: Siege also tested itself against elite competition, taking on the University of Akron, the #1 collegiate Rainbow Six: Siege team in the country, in the FORGE SEC NECC Division I Nationals. The Setters pushed Akron across two tight maps, falling by identical 7-5 scores in both contests.

Despite the result, Pace R6 finished third overall in the group, adding another strong national-stage performance for the program.

Across both titles, Pace continued to show it belongs among the top collegiate esports programs. Even as underdogs, the Setters battled nationally ranked opponents, forced tight series, and left FORGE with another weekend of high-level performances to build on.
