SPARKS, MD. – Pace University Men's Lacrosse received additional preseason recognition as
Will Danowski,
Brian Brennan, and
Chris Butler were selected to the USA Lacrosse Division II Men's Preseason All-America Teams. Butler earned Second Team honors, while Danowski and Brennan were both named Third Team selections.
Butler headlined Pace's All-American selections with Second Team honors after leading the defensive end in 2025. Starting all 16 games, he tallied 29 ground balls and forced 30 caused turnovers, consistently matching up against top attackers.
Danowski secured his spot on the third team following a year in which he was one of the Setters top offensive contributors. In 11 appearances, he totaled 22 goals and 14 assists for 36 points, consistently creating opportunities for the Setters.
Brennan earned Third Team recognition after delivering a strong all-around season for the Blue and Gold. He contributed three assists for three points offensively while posting a career-high 44 ground balls and 23 caused turnovers.
With three student-athletes earning preseason All-America distinction, men's lacrosse enters the new season looking to build on last year's momentum and continue its climb among Division II's top contenders.
