LOUISVILLE, KY. – Pace University Men's Lacrosse has opened the 2026 campaign with national preseason recognition, as the Setters were ranked No. 9 in the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Division II Preseason Coaches Poll, released by the organization.
The preseason ranking follows a successful 2025 season in which Pace recorded 11 wins, pushed its way through a deep run in the Northeast 10 Conference Championship, and capped the year with a tough, competitive performance in the opening round of the NCAA Division II North Regional.
Voted on by Division II head coaches from across the country, the USILA preseason poll highlights teams expected to factor into the national conversation throughout the spring. Pace's placement inside the top 10 reflects the program's continued growth and postseason experience.
The Blue and Gold will look to build on last year's momentum and turn preseason recognition into results once play gets underway on February 22
nd at 12:00 p.m. against Molloy University.
