MANSFIELD, MA. – For the third time in the 2025 season, pitching sensation Gisselle Garcia was named Pitcher of the Week, the Northeast-10 (NE10) Conference announced on Monday afternoon.

The senior once again had a strong week in the circle for Pace softball producing 28 strikeouts in 24 innings of work while allowing only six earned runs.
In her outing against California State of Dominguez Hills, Garcia tallied the win, and 11 strikeouts throughout eight innings with no runs allowed. The Lemon Grove, CA. native followed up that game with an eight-inning, nine-strikeout performance versus Biola University.

Aside from her impressive pitching, the senior also posted five hits in the week to go alongside two runs scored. So far in the 2025 season, Garcia leads the NE10 with 82 total strikeouts while maintaining an outstanding 1.75 earned run average (51.1 IP).
