2025 Hall of Fame Spotlight: Jhalen Bien-Aime '19 Football

PLEASANTVILLE, NY - It's officially the week of Pace University's Homecoming Weekend, and we have reached the final stretch to the 2025 Pace Athletics Hall of Fame.

In our first segment of the Inductee Spotlight, we sit down and speak with Jhalen Bien-Aime, who is one of the greatest Pace football players to ever step foot on the field.

Bien-Aime made a significant impact on the Pace football program following his arrival in 2014. As a freshman, he earned a spot on the Northeast 10 (NE10) All-Rookie Team, contributing on special teams and amassing 1,516 yards as a punt and kick returner. Despite missing the 2015 and 2016 seasons due to injury, Bien-Aime made a strong comeback in 2017. That year, he was named First Team All-NE10, received All-ECAC Honorable Mention, and was recognized as the ECAC Player of the Week (Sept. 19). He led both the program and the conference with 1,040 rushing yards on 201 carries.

In 2018, Bien-Aime became Pace's all-time leading rusher after a standout performance against Bentley on Oct. 31, recording 210 rushing yards and two touchdowns. By the end of his final season in 2019, he became the first player in program history to surpass 3,000 career rushing yards. He finished his Setter career as the program leader in three major categories: career rushing yards (3,186), career rushing touchdowns (25), and single-season rushing yards (1,040 in 2017). Additionally, he ranks second all-time in single-season rushing attempts (201 in 2017) and career points scored (156).

Bien-Amie, along with Liam Brennan '18, Jocelyne Greco '07, Annabel Keppel-Palmer '21, and Peyton Wejnert '20, will be celebrated at the 2025 Pace Athletics Hall of Fame, presented by Northwell, on Sunday, October 19th at 11:30 a.m.

In addition to honoring the 2025 Hall of Fame Class, Pace Athletics will also recognize 2012 Pace Hall of Fame inductee Marcus Mayus '00 (Men's Lacrosse), who has been inducted into the NE10 Conference Hall of Fame Class of 2025.
