PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. – The rivalry between the Pace Setters and Adelphi University will be renewed for the second time this year. The two teams will meet in the NCAA Quarterfinals in Garden City, N.Y. on Sunday at 1 p.m.

These two teams met earlier this year under the lights at Northwell Stadium, and the Panthers handed the Setters their first loss of the season by a score of 12-6.
As the top seed in the region, the Panthers earned a bye into the quarterfinals. Adelphi brings one of the best goalies in NCAA Division II to the field in Dylan Renner. Renner has allowed just 108 goals while making 202 saves and owning a save percentage of 65.2 percent. On the offensive end, Emmon Hall and Logan Tucker lead the charge. Tucker leads the way in points with 65 off 35 goals and 30 assists. Hall has found the back of the net the, doing so 45 times.

Maxwell Streety, the Setters emerged on top, 16-10, for the program's first ever win in NCAA Tournament play. Streety fired off a career-high four goals while handing out one assist. On the X, Streety won 21-29 faceoffs while also coming up with 12 ground balls.
The Setters potent offensive duo of
Ryan Kemp and
Daniel Zabbia aims to match the duo of Tucker and Hall. Kemp boasts 80 points on 52 goals and 28 assists while Zabbia ripped 47 goals to go along with 14 assists. Right behind those two is
Declan Landers, with 52 points on 27 goals and 25 assists.
