ANNADALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- The Pace University men's cross country returned to action Saturday, racing in the Fred Pavlich Invitational, hosted by Bard College in an 8K.
Adem Ozkurt continues his strong impression with the Setters, leading the pack once again and finishing the 8K in 31:07.2, a new PR by 54 seconds. Next to cross the finish line in the Blue and Gold was
CJ Defeo, who turned in a time of 31:45.0.
Carlos Zhicay was the next Setter to finish the 8k, crossing the finish line in 33:15.0, besting his previous PR by 45 seconds while
Francesco DiBona finished in 35:43.1.
The final two Setters to cross the finish line this afternoon where
Reice Jansson (45.46.9) and
Emre Ferahoglu (48:25.8), a new PR by over eight minutes.
Pace returns to action next week when they take to the course in Bethpage, N.Y. for the Golden Eagle Invitational.
