Box Score CARY, N.C. – Junior right-handed pitcher Josh Garran threw nine shutout innings in a 3-0 victory over the Dominican Chargers on Wednesday. Following the last contest of the North Carolina road trip, the Setters stand at 4-7, 0-0 NE-10.

Pace got things going early as senior catcher Tom Midolo blasted a two-run homer in the first inning to score a pair for the Setters.

In addition to tossing nine scoreless frames, Garran also picked off a pair of baserunners.
