MANSFIELD, MA. – A clutch goal late against Felician University highlighted the week for Pace University men's soccer freshman Jevan Khan, who earned Northeast 10 Conference Rookie of the Week honors. Khan, a freshman forward from Lahore, Pakistan, appeared in both contests during the week, totaling 21 minutes while scoring on his lone shot on goal.
Khan delivered his biggest moment against Felician University with Pace trailing 1-0 late in the second half. He entered off the bench and scored the game-tying goal in the 80th minute, helping spark a late comeback that ended with a 2-1 Setters victory.
The freshman also saw action in Pace's Northeast 10 Conference opener at Saint Anselm College to close the week.
The Setters return home Wednesday, Sept. 23, when they welcome Southern Connecticut State University to Northwell Stadium for a 7:00 p.m. kickoff.
