Pace Community Invited to Support Student-Athletes Through 1906 Giving Day Challenge

PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. – Setter alumni, families, friends, and fans are invited to support Pace University student-athletes as this year's 1906 Giving Day Challenge officially gets underway today.

The Giving Day Challenge celebrates the founding of Pace University in 1906 and provides the Pace community with an opportunity to directly impact the student-athlete experience. Gifts made during the two-day campaign help support scholarships, recruiting, team travel, meals, apparel, equipment, facility upgrades, academic support, and other resources for Pace student-athletes.

Pace student-athletes continue to excel in the classroom, in competition, and within their communities, and support through the 1906 Giving Day Challenge allows the University to continue building championship-level programs across all sports. Donations of any amount help provide the resources necessary for the Blue and Gold to succeed both on and off the field.

This year's campaign carries added significance as Pace celebrates 120 years since the University's founding. The 2026 challenge aims to bring together alumni, parents, faculty, staff, friends, and supporters in a shared effort to enhance the student-athlete experience across the department.

Supporters can make a gift to the program or area of Pace Athletics that means the most to them during the 1906 Giving Day Challenge. Incentive gifts are also available at select giving levels as a thank you for supporting Pace student-athletes, including a special edition Pace Athletics scarf for the first 120 donors who make a gift of $120 or more.
