NORTH ATTLEBORO, MA. – Following a strong performance in net to open the season, sophomore Elsa Branco has been selected as the Northeast 10 Conference Women's Lacrosse Goalkeeper of the Week, as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.

Branco went the distance in Pace's 10–9 overtime victory against Dominican, logging all 60 minutes and coming up with nine saves on 16 shots on goal. Her steady presence between the pipes helped the Setters weather multiple surges and remain within striking distance throughout the contest.

In the decisive stretches of the second half, Branco delivered several timely stops that shifted momentum and allowed Pace to push the game into overtime.

The honor marks an early-season milestone for the sophomore, whose performance in the cage set the tone for the Blue and Gold as they begin their 2026 campaign.
