PLESANTVILLE, N.Y. – On Monday afternoon, the Northeast 10 Conference announced the field hockey coaches' poll for the 2025 season. Coming off a successful 2024 season that included a postseason appearance, the Setters enter the fall ranked third in the conference with a total of 111 points.
Under head coach
Kayte Biordi, the Blue and Gold have several key returners to the field alongside 11 newcomers.
Molly Paterson returns as the leader on the defensive end, coming off a season where she led the NCAA Division II in total defensive saves with 15. Offensively,
Katelyn Fairhurst and
Ella Tamweber will look to build upon their productive 2024 season, where they both ranked in the top five for points on the squad. Overall, the Setters hope to make an early statement in the conference with another fresh season just around the corner.
On Sept. 4
th at 2:30 p.m., field hockey kicks off its tenth campaign as a program with a home contest against Millersville University.
