Six Setters Earn NE10 All-Conference Honors for Women’s Soccer

NORTH ATTLEBORO, MA. – The Northeast 10 (NE10) Conference announced its 2025 Women's Soccer All-Conference Teams on Wednesday afternoon, with six Pace University student-athletes earning recognition. Freshmen Meredith Klosek and Milani Thompson were each named to both the NE10 First Team and the All-Rookie Team, while graduate forward Allison Carr (Second Team), senior forward Ava Viebrock (Third Team), and senior midfielder Andrea Flores (Third-Team) also earned All-Conference distinction. In addition, freshman forward Bailey Olson joined Klosek and Thompson as an NE10 All-Rookie Team selection.

The honors come in head coach Brittany Soto's first season at the helm, after serving as an assistant coach with the Setters in 2024. Soto guided Pace to one of its strongest all-around campaigns, highlighted by a balanced lineup that featured both veteran leadership and emerging young talent.

First-Team and All-Rookie selection, Meredith Klosek made an immediate impact in her debut season, emerging as one of the NE10's premier offensive players. Appearing in all 18 matches, she totaled six goals and seven assists for 19 points, leading the Setters' attack and ranking among the conference's top first-year performers. Klosek's seven assists tied a program record for the most by a freshman in a single season, showcasing her creativity in the attacking third.

Freshman defender Milani Thompson anchored a back line that stood among the NE10's best all season to garner First-Team and All-Rookie honors. Starting all 18 matches, she logged nearly every minute of play while contributing offensively with one goal and one assist. Her poise under pressure and ability to disrupt attacks earned her recognition as one of the top young defenders in the region and a key building block for Pace's future.

Graduate forward Allison Carr capped off her storied career with a Second-Team All-Conference selection, continuing her run as one of the most productive scorers in program history. Finishing the 2025 season with seven goals and two assists for 16 points, Carr concluded her Pace career ranked third all-time in total points (60), tied for third in goals (25), and eighth in assists (10), a testament to her consistency over five standout seasons in Blue and Gold.

Senior forward Ava Viebrock earned Third-Team All-Conference honors after another strong campaign on the wing. She appeared in all 18 matches, finishing with seven goals and two assists for 16 points, ranking among the team's top offensive contributors. Viebrock scored in several key moments, and over her career, she established herself as one of the program's most reliable attacking threats, finishing fifth in total points (52) and fourth in career goals (23).

Senior Andrea Flores earned Third-Team All-Conference recognition following a steady season in the midfield. A reliable two-way player, she appeared in all 18 matches and posted four goals and three assists for 11 total points. Flores' vision and technical ability made her a vital link between the Setters' defense and attack throughout the season.

Freshman forward Bailey Olson rounded out Pace's list of honorees as an NE10 All-Rookie Team selection after a strong debut campaign. Olson appeared in all 18 matches, contributing four goals for eight total points, emerging as one of the NE10's most promising young forwards.

The six All-Conference selections represent one of the largest single-season totals in program history, highlighting Pace's blend of veteran leadership and emerging young stars. Under first-year head coach Brittany Soto, the Setters showcased dynamic talent that continued to elevate the program's standing within the NE10 Conference.
