Box Score 2 RUTHERFORD, N.J. – In Saturday's tri-match, Pace volleyball captured a win in both of their contests on the road in Rutherford, N.J. The Setters took down Felician University, 3-1, and Lincoln, 3-0. Following the dual sweep, the Blue and Gold improve to 3-0 on the year.
Here's What Happened
- In the first game against Felician, the Blue and Gold fended off a late push from the Green and Gold taking a 3-1 win.
- In the second game of the day, the Setters continued to find success on the court against Lincoln University. Pace commanded the first set 25-14 with an all-around performance from the team.
- Five different Setters recorded a kill in the opening set with Yasmeen Muhammad leading the way with four. In set two, it was more of the same for the Blue and Gold cruising to a 25-7 win.
- In the final set of their tri-match, the Setters snagged a 15-8 advantage with a six-point run. Lincoln failed to match the pressure from Pace as Muhammad closed out the set with three kills wrapping up the match for a 3-0 Pace victory.
