RINDGE, NH - Pace Football (1-3 / 1-2 NE10) traveled to Rindge, NH to play Franklin Pierce University Saturday evening.

The Ravens piled on 27 points in the first quarter and ended up holding the Setters to only six after the first half. By the second, Pace would find their groove in the final quarter with 14 points, however, the hosts ran away with the 48-20 victory.

Here's What Happened:

• A huge 27 point first quarter forced the Setters in a hole early into the contest. By the second quarter, Ah-Shaun Davis put the squad on the board with a touchdown pass to Thomas Fusco, 27-6, however, by halftime the hosts led the Pace 34-6.
• In the final two quarters, both teams were evenly matched with a scoreless third quarter and a 14 point fourth quarter. With both teams tallying 14 in the final frame, it was Franklin Pierce to ignite the scoring run and then it will alternate until time ran out.
• Davis threw two more touchdowns, one to Teddy Harper and another to Gary Wilkins, but dropped to the Ravens, 48-20.

Box Score Insights:

• Davis tallied three touchdowns in the night and capped off with 191 yards. He also rushed for 36-yards which is good for second on the team. Christopher McGuire led the rushing offense with 41 yards in six carries.
• Joshua Glenn and Harper recorded four receptions each with Glenn leading the way with 56 and Harper with 26 and a touchdown. Wilkins recorded a finalized 46-yards and a touchdown.
• Cade Saunders and Ryan Rondeau paced the defensive end with five tackles each and Eliot Porter and Christian Aiken had four.
• Paul Cimicata, Daniel Forster, Mathaias Edmond, and Jack Coleman had a tackle for loss in the night, most coming from Forster with 13-yards.
