MANCHESTER, NH - Pace Women's Soccer (2-6-4 / 0-3-3 NE10) hit the road Saturday afternoon to Manchester, NH to play Southern New Hampshire University for a Northeast-10 (NE10) contest.
Both teams remained scoreless through 45-minutes of play, and it was the Penmen who tallied two goals to hand the Setters the NE10 2-0 defeat.
Here's What Happened:
- There were 12 shots recorded throughout the first half with the hosts lead that category 7-5. Taylor Moyer and Ava Viebrock ignited the Setter offense with two shots, but to no avail to push the squad in front.
- By the end of the first, both teams have yet to find the back of the net.
- The Penmen posted 13 shots in the second frame of the afternoon and held the 2 goal advantage over Pace. Moyer continued the offensive stride for the team with Alexis Lee following along side. Ultimately, the Penmen ran away with the conference victory, 2-0.
