WALTHAM, Mass. – Led by a trio of hat tricks, the 14
th-ranked Pace University women's lacrosse team tallied a 16-6 win at No. 20 Bentley on Saturday afternoon. The decisive triumph pushes the Setters' record to 8-3 overall this season, including 5-2 in the NE10.
After gaining a two-goal edge in the first quarter, it was an 8-1 stretch before halftime that put Pace in complete control.
Senior
Kayla Conway (Wantagh, N.Y./Wantagh) was once again a dominant performer for the Setters. The Long Island native racked up seven points off four goals and three assists, in addition to nabbing four draw controls.
Jolie Urraro (Sayville, N.Y./Connetquot) and
Angelina Porcello (Eastchester, NY/Eastchester) joined in with three-goal efforts of their own. Porcello also recorded a game-high eight draw controls.
Junior
Sydney Juvelier (Centereach, N.Y./Centereach) served as another multi-point scorer with two goals and an assist.
Four other Setters found the back of the net against the Falcons in the form of

Aleya Corretjer (Thiells, N.Y./North Rockland), and
