PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. – Following terrific efforts in a trio of Setter wins, Lauren Schetter (Beacon, N.Y./Beacon High School) of the Pace University women's basketball team and Brandon Powell (Middletown, N.Y./Pine Bush) of the men's basketball squad have been named the Setters of the Week, presented by NewYork-Presbyterian, for the week ending Feb. 27.

Schetter posted a pair of stellar stat lines in two Pace wins last week. She began the stretch with 19 points, eight rebounds, four assists and four steals in an 11-point win over Le Moyne. Schetter followed that up with a game-high 25 points in the Setters' NE10 playoff win over Saint Michael's last Friday night.

Powell scored a team-high 16 points in the Setters' regular-season finale win over Le Moyne last week. He also finished the game with six rebounds and a pair of assists as Pace earned the outright Southwest Division regular-season championship.
