PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. – After registering a pair of sensational performances last week, freshman Nasir Robinson (Penns Grove, N.J./Penns Grove) of the Pace University football team and classmate Sydney Sims (Worcester, Mass./Notre Dame Academy) of the Pace field hockey squad have been named the latest Setters of the Week, for the week ending Oct. 2, 2022.
 
Robinson put forth one of the most dominant rushing performances of the season during Pace's 45-6 win over Post. The freshman racked up 137 yards on just 10 carries while tallying a trio of touchdown runs. Robinson's 48-yard scoring scamper in the third quarter provided the Setters with a 42-0 lead. He is now ranked third in the NE10 in rushing this season at 67.0 yards per game.
 
Sims served as the hero for Pace during a 1-0 win at SNHU on Friday night. The freshman tallied the game-winning goal in the 43rd minute off an assist by Krista Dietz (Mahopac, N.Y./Mahopac). Sims has been terrific during her rookie campaign so far, currently sitting with two goals and two assists.
