PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. – With the new school year just four days old, the Pace University Department of Athletics is excited to announce that 114 student-athletes earned D2 Athletics Directors Association (D2ADA) Academic Achievement Awards for 2019-20.
The Blue and Gold had student-athletes from all 14 of its teams earn recognition, including a department-best 12 represented from the women's soccer squad.
In total, there were 15,226 student-athletes from 200 institutions honored with 2019-20 Academic Achievement Awards.
To qualify for the D2 ADA academic awards, a student-athlete must have had a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher, have attended a minimum of two years (four semesters) of college level work, and have been an active member of an intercollegiate team during his/her last academic year.
