WORCESTER, Mass. – Led by one of their best defensive performances of the season, the Pace University women's basketball team picked up a 65-57 win at Assumption College on Tuesday night. The victory puts the Setters' record at 13-4 overall this season, and 6-2 inside the NE10.

Pace stifled the Greyhounds on their offensive end, limiting them to 21-of-64 shooting from the field (32.8%). The Setters also piled up a season-best 10 blocks, including a career-high six racked up by
Lauren Schetter (Beacon, N.Y./Beacon High School).

Speaking of Schetter, the junior forward notched her second straight double-double on Tuesday thanks to 12 points and 11 rebounds.

Jackie DelliSanti (Commack, N.Y./Commack) and
Kelsey Quain (Ossining, N.Y./Ossining) joined Schetter in double figures, each pouring in 16 points. DelliSanti's stat line also featured nine rebounds, three steals and three assists.

DelliSanti and Schetter both continue to rank inside the top-10 of the NE10 in both scoring and rebounding this season.

The Blue and Gold enjoyed great success getting to the free-throw line on Tuesday, making 15 of their 18 attempts for a season-high mark of more than 83 percent.

The Setters trailed at halftime versus the Greyhounds before a 17-7 advantage in the third quarter seized momentum. Pace opened the second half on a 12-2 run.
The Setters' 6-2 mark now inside the NE10 is their best since the 2011-12 season.Â
