WORCESTER, Mass. – Playing in their first NE10 contest of the season, the Pace University field hockey team was defeated at Assumption College on Saturday by a score of 7-0.
The Greyhounds had six different scorers in the contest, including Jennifer Beardsley who found the back of the net twice.
Sophomore goalkeeper
Grace Henderson (Kingswood, South Australia/Unley) tallied a career-high 15 stops for Pace, while junior
Mia Lennon (Yorktown Heights, N.Y./Lakeland) notched a defensive save.
