The Setters enter the postseason with a 12-3 overall record thanks to a three-game winning streak to cap off the regular season. Pace has now earned a home playoff game twice over the last three seasons.

Pace's Senior Class starred in the Setters' regular-season finale at Assumption on Wednesday. The elder statesmen of the Blue and Gold combined for 14 goals and nine assists in a 17-11 triumph. Daniel Keenan (Mount Sinai, NY/Mount Sinai), who had two goals and four assists, currently leads the NE10 in points this season with 77 (42g, 35a).

As a team, the Setters lead the NE10 in variety of statistical categories this season. Pace is tops in the conference in assists (151), man-up goals (31) and caused turnovers (181).

This will be the second meeting between these two teams in just about a week's time. Pace defeated Bentley last Saturday, 21-16. The Falcons (9-4, 7-4) are coming off a 17-6 win over AIC during their regular-season finale on Tuesday.

*Tickets for Saturday's game will be $6 for adults, $4 for seniors and youth, $1 for NE10 students with a valid ID, and free for Pace students with valid ID.

The Setters head to Springfield this weekend for a three-game series against the Yellow Jackets of AIC. Pace (18-19, 5-10) is currently tied with Saint Rose for the final NE10 playoff spot.

The Blue and Gold have been red hot of late, winning nine of their last 10 games. Senior Annie Carberry (Colorado Springs, CO/Pine Creek) and junior Emma Carruth (Torrance, CA/Beverly Hills) have been leading the offensive charge, while Emma Bernet (Baldwinsville, NY/Charles W Baker) has been stellar in the circle. Carruth currently leads the Setters in batting (.356) while Carberry ranks first on the team in RBIs (28) and slugging (.529).

Prior to yesterday's loss to Saint Rose, Bernet had won five straight decisions. She leads the Setters in almost every pitching category, including ERA (2.56), strikeouts (64) and wins (8).

AIC enters the weekend with an 8-32 record, which includes a mark of 5-19 inside the NE10. The Yellow Jackets have dropped 13 straight games.

No. 17 Pace Women's Lacrosse at Franklin Pierce | Saturday, 1 p.m. | Live Stats
Riding a six-game winning streak, Pace finishes its regular season with a road contest at Franklin Pierce on Saturday afternoon. The Setters, who are now 10-6 this season, have earned double-figure wins in each of the last four seasons.

The Blue and Gold's most recent triumph came on Wednesday night at home against Saint Anselm. Fueled by a 7-0 run to start the second half, Pace ran off with a 15-9 win. A trio of Setters led the offense with four-point efforts. Kayla Conway (Wantagh, NY/Wantagh), who earned her second-straight NE10 Rookie of the Week honor on Tuesday, found the back of the net four times. Conway has been on fire over the past five games, scoring 19 goals in that span.

Carlyn Mucci (Cortlandt Manor, NY/Walter Panas) also had four goals in the win, her second time in four games with four tallies. Pace's top offensive efforts were rounded out by Aleya Corretjer's (Thiells, NY/North Rockland) four-point game, as the freshman had a pair of goals and two assists.

Franklin Pierce holds a 6-9 overall record this season, to go along with a 3-9 mark against the NE10. The Ravens are looking to snap a six-game losing streak.

Senior Dan Wirchansky (Stony Point, NY/North Rockland/RCC) etched his name further into the program's record book last time out, climbing to the top of the single-season strikeouts list. The left-hander has now racked up 89 punchouts this season, surpassing David Qualben's previous mark of 84 in 2005.
