PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. - A dominant fourth quarter from the Pace University women's basketball team helped the Setters secure a 75-56 victory over Dominican College on Sunday afternoon. The win improves the Blue and Gold to 9-3 on the year.

Pace shot 69.2 percent from the field in the fourth quarter alone, outscoring Dominican 22-4 in the final 10 minutes including an 18-0 run.

A three-pointer from
Lauren Hackett (Commack, N.Y./St. Anthony's) in the first minute of the final quarter put the scoring barrage in motion. Pace followed with 10 points in the paint, a three-ball from
Brianna Wong (River Vale, N.J./Pascack Valley) and a pair of free-throws from
Lauren Schetter (Beacon, N.Y./Beacon High School) before the Chargers were able to put a stop to the run.

Senior forward
Jackie DelliSanti (Commack, N.Y./Commack) led the Blue and Gold with 18 points and added 10 rebounds for her fourth double-double of 2019.

Hackett followed close behind with 17 points and six rebounds. The sophomore point guard also tallied five assists and a season-best four steals in the win.

Brianna Wong (River Vale, N.J./Pascack Valley) rounded out the trio of Setters to score in double-digits on the afternoon. She finished with 11 points and four assists.

Pace came up with a total of 10 steals, marking the sixth time that the team has recorded 10 or more steals in a game this season.

The Setters will return to action in 2020, hosting Southern Connecticut State on Jan. 4.
