MANCHESTER, N.H. – The Pace University women's basketball team was defeated at Saint Anselm College on Wednesday night, 72-46.

Lauren Hackett (Commack, NY/St. Anthony's) served as Pace's leading scorer with 13 points on 5-of-9 shooting from the floor, including 3-of-6 from beyond the arc.

Jackie DelliSanti (Commack, NY/Commack) also finished in double figures with 10 points, to go along with seven rebounds, three assists, a steal, and a block.

Lauren Schetter (Beacon, NY/Beacon High School) led the Setters with eight rebounds in the game, while
Brianna Wong (River Vale, NJ/Pascack Valley) notched a team-best four steals. Schetter and Wong each finished with eight points.
How it Happened
Trailing 7-4 in the early moments of the first quarter, Saint Anselm put together a 15-2 run to gain a 12-point lead at the 9:37 mark of the second quarter.
The Hawks' advantage, which remained at 12 at halftime, wouldn't go below eight points the rest of the way. Saint Anselm concluded the third quarter on a 9-0 run to take a 54-36 edge.
