Posting their best start to a season since the 2011-12 campaign, the first-place Setters look to continue riding their hot momentum on Tuesday night when the University of New Haven comes to the Goldstein Fitness Center. Pace is 7-1 overall this season with a 4-0 mark against the Northeast-10 Conference and a perfect 3-0 record at home.

The Blue and Gold are coming off a weekend victory over Le Moyne College, defeating the Dolphins 74-54 on Saturday afternoon. Pace is now winners of four straight, with three of the victories being decided by 20 or more points. Senior captain Gabriella Rubin (Staten Island, NY/Moore Catholic) scored a season-high 24 points to lead the Setters against Le Moyne, including four three-pointers. She also chipped in three steals. Rubin was not alone in having a hot offensive night, as the Setters shot a season-best .447 from the field. The Pace defense also came out strong, recording 15 steals. Freshman Lauren Schetter (Beacon, NY/Beacon High School) and sophomore Jackie DelliSanti (Commack, NY/Commack) led the effort with four takeaways each.

New Haven is 3-4 to start the year, and 1-3 against NE10 opponents. The Chargers have lost two straight, coming off an overtime defeat against The College of Saint Rose on Saturday. The Setters have had success against New Haven in recent years, going 4-2 in their last six meetings since 2014. The Blue and Gold swept the two-game series last season, most recently defeating New Haven 79-52 in February.

The Setters gear up for two mid-week contests at the Goldstein Fitness Center, looking to improve on their 2-1 home record this season. Pace is 2-6 to start the season overall with a 1-3 mark against the NE10.

The Blue and Gold put up a hard-fought effort against No. 17 Le Moyne College on Saturday, falling to the Dolphins 66-61. The Setter defense rose to the challenge with one of their best performances of the year, allowing the fewest points they have in a game this season while holding Le Moyne to a 30.4 shooting percentage over the final 20 minutes. Pace's leading scorer, Peyton Wejnert (Point Pleasant, NJ/Southern Regional), continued his strong offensive season with a game-high 17 points. The sophomore forward also led the team with seven rebounds in the contest.

New Haven enters Tuesday's matchup at 4-4 on the year with a 2-2 NE10 record. The Chargers have lost three straight after falling to Saint Rose on Saturday. The Setters are 1-3 against New Haven over the last two seasons, last defeating the Chargers in 2015.

Caldwell is off to a 2-6 start to the season, but have won two of their last three games after a victory against Felician University on Saturday. The Cougars won last year's meeting over Pace, 80-64, which was the first game between the two schools since 2007.
