The Setters fall to 1-4 and 0-2 in the NE-10, while the Chargers improve to 1-1 and 1-1 in conference play.

New Haven jumped out to an early 12-5 lead on the Setters in the first four minutes of play. Pace chipped away and a pair of Mickell free throws at the 12:18 mark sliced it down to two points at 18-16. The Chargers netted 14 of the next 16 points to pull ahead by double figures late in the half. The Setters got as close as 13 points off a pair of
Victor Jusino free throws at the 13:43 mark of the second half but could not get any closer.

For the Setters, Mickell led the way, going 6-for-6 from the charity stripe, while
Kyle Pearson chipped in 16 points and three rebounds.
Bryan Rivers dished out a team-best five assists and dropped in seven points, while Jusino finished with nine points and eight boards.
