COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.- The Pace men's lacrosse team wrapped up their road trip to Colorado as they improved to 2-0 on the season with a 9-8 win over the Mavericks of Colorado Mesa. The Mavericks fall to 0-1 on the season.
For the Setters, freshman Matthew Cossidente (Port Jefferson Station, NY/Comsewogue) (Port Jefferson Station, NY/Comsewogue) netted three goals, while Thomas Earl (North Babylon, NY/St. Anthony's) (North Babylon, NY/St. Anthony's) and Matt Gebhardt (West Islip, NY/West Islip) each scored twice.
Pace is back in action on Monday, March 4 as they travel to the Torne Valley Sports Complex in Hillburn, NY to take on Dominican College at 3 pm.
