OLD WESTBURY, N.Y.- The Setters fell to the Bears of New York Tech 3-0 (25-27, 21-25, 21-25) in non-conference action. Pace falls to 4-6 on the season, while NYIT improves to 4-0.  

Freshman Megan Kurz (San Diego, Calif./Patrick Henry) (San Diego, CA/Patrick Henry) led the Setters with 11 kills, while senior Nora Rugova (Mt. Kisco, NY/Fox Lane) (Mt. Kisco, NY/Fox Lane) finished with seven kills and eight digs. Brooke Speyerer (Winter Haven, FL/Lake Region) (Winter Haven, FL/Lake Region) tallied 23 assists, five kills along with three blocks in the match. Senior Elyse Rowland (Antioch, CA/Deer Valley) (Antioch, CA/Deer Valley) added 13 digs, while Tamilee Webb (Hartsdale, NY/Ardsley) netted five kills and two blocks.  

The Setters are back in action this weekend as they will compete in the LIU Post Tournament. Pace will play Molloy and LIU Post on Friday and wrap up with Caldwell on Saturday.
