RINDGE, N.H. – The Pace Volleyball team fell to the Ravens of Franklin Pierce University 3-1 (12-25, 25-22, 16-25, 20-25) in Northeast-10 Conference action. The Setters fall to 14-16 overall and 8-4 in the NE-10, while the Raven improve to 17-13 overall and 10-3 in conference play.
The Setters were led by Nora Rugova (Mt. Kisco, NY/Fox Lane) (Mt. Kisco, NY/Fox Lane) who tallied 12 kills along with 10 digs, while freshman Megan Kurz (San Diego, Calif./Patrick Henry) (San Diego, CA/Patrick Henry) continued her solid season with nine kills, 18 digs and two blocks. Elyse Rowland (Antioch, CA/Deer Valley) (Antioch, CA/Deer Valley) moved into second place in the NE-10 in digs per set as she totaled 22 digs, while Brooke Speyerer (Winter Haven, FL/Lake Region) recorded 31 assists.
The Setters return home for 80s night on Tuesday, November 6 as they will host NE-10 leader University of New Haven Chargers in an NE-10 match-up at 7 pm. All fans in attendance who wear 80's gear receive throwback Pace Volleyball merchandise.
