FELICIAN, ADELPHI SCORE DAY 2 WINS

Game 1- FELICIAN 90, SAINT MICHAEL'S 83

PLEASANTVILLE, NY- The Golden Falcons of Felician College defeated the Purple Knights of Saint Michael's College, 90-83, in the opener of Day 2 of the Pace University Holiday Classic. Felician improves to 4-7 overall, while Saint Michael's drops to 7-5.

For Felician, Michael Pierrot recorded a double-double with 26 points and 14 rebounds, while Sydir Mitchell had a double-double of his own notching 27 points and 12 boards. For his two-day performance, Mitchell was named to the Pace Holiday Classic All-Tournament Team. Jason Romer added 13 points and three assists, while James Harper chipped in 11 points and five caroms.

For Saint Michael's, Brendan Mullins led the way with game-high 35 points to go along with six rebounds and three assists. Mullins was named the Most Outstanding Player for his play during the Holiday Classic. Brian Monahan tallied 17 points and seven rebounds, earning a spot on the Pace Holiday Classic All-Tournament Team. Mike Iola scored 10 points, while James Sorrentine recorded nine points and four assists.

GAME 2- ADELPHI 70, PACE 67

PLEASANTVILLE, NY- Adelphi's Kimani Blaize's three-pointer with one second left in the game lifted the Panthers to a 70-67 victory over the Setters of Pace University. The Panthers improve to 4-5, while the Setters drop to 7-8.

For Pace, Gibratar White (Gautier, MS/Gautier) scored a game-high 22 points to go along with five assists and three rebounds. Desmond Quincy-Jones (Rye, NY/Rye) (Rye, NY/Rye) tallied 12 points and four rebounds, while Oneil Morgan (Kingston, Jamaica/Excelsior) (Kingston, Jamaica/Excelsior) notched eight points, while grabbing a game-high 10 boards. Morgan was named to the Holiday Classic All-Tournament Team Ryan Williams (Centreville, VA/Paul VI) (Centreville, VA/Paul VI) added 11 points.

For Adelphi, Samuel Jenkins scored a team-high 18 points, while Anthony Noble tallied 15 points and five boards. Sky Khaleel recorded added 12 points and five rebounds. Blaize added seven points, three rebounds, three assists, three blocks and three steals.
