Williams went 1-for-2 from the free throw line and Randy Wilson (Peekskill, NY/Peekskill) (Peekskill, NY/Peekskill) scored off a rebound to give the Setters a three-point lead with less than a minute remaining.

With time winding down in the game, Mullins was fouled on a three-point attempt. He converted 2-of-3 at the charity stripe to cut the Setter lead to one. Desmond Quincy-Jones (Rye, NY/Rye) (Rye, NY/Rye) went 1-for-2 from the charity stripe on Pace's ensuing possession to push the Setter lead back to two.  Mullins would convert a three-pointer with 11 seconds left in the game to give the Knights a one-point lead. The Setters' Lawrence McGhee (Linden, NJ/Linden) (Linden, NJ/Linden) was fouled on a drive to the lane and went to the line for two shots with four seconds left in the game. McGhee failed to convert either shot from the line, allowing Saint Michael's to escape with a one-point victory.
