McCabe served as the hero for Pace Baseball during a dramatic win at Saint Rose on Saturday. With the Setters trailing 7-5 with two outs in the ninth, he drilled a game-tying double to centerfield. McCabe then scored the game-winning run the following play on a Saint Rose error. He would go on to finish Pace’s doubleheader sweep at 2-for-5 with three RBIs and three walks. McCabe currently holds a .400 batting average this season with 10 RBIs and seven runs scored.
