Pace University Athletics

Since 2025, Tyriq Phynn has served as the Athletic Facilities Manager and Sport Club Coordinator for Pace University Athletics, where he plays a key role in overseeing facility operations and supporting the growth and administration of club sports programs across campus. In this position, Phynn ensures that athletic spaces are maintained at the highest standard and collaborates with student leaders to enhance the sport club experience.

Before transitioning into athletics administration, Phynn was an assistant coach and student-athlete at Pace University, with the Pace football team. Over his collegiate career, he appeared in multiple games, contributing as a reliable team member and earning recognition for academic success as part of the Northeast 10 Academic Honor Roll during his time with the program.

A native of Yonkers, N.Y., and a standout at Saunders High School where he was a two-year varsity captain and All-League performer, Phynn combined on-field effort with strong academic achievement throughout his athletic tenure.
