Krista Dietz joined the Pace University field hockey staff as an assistant coach in the 2025 season after completing one of the most decorated careers in program history. A native of Mahopac, N.Y., Dietz graduated as the all-time program leader in goals, points, and assists, cementing her legacy as the most prolific offensive player to wear the Blue and Gold.
A multiple-time NFHCA All-American and NE10 All-Conference honoree, Dietz became the first Setter ever named NFHCA East Region Player of the Year in 2023. She capped her career in 2024 by leading all of Division II in assists per game while also ranking among the national leaders in goals and total points.
Off the field, Dietz excelled as a Digital Cinema and Filmmaking major with a Sports Broadcasting minor, earning NE10 Academic Honor Roll distinction and the Pace President’s Award for Academic Excellence.
She now brings her competitive drive and leadership experience to the sidelines as she begins her collegiate coaching career with the Setters.
