Jamie Calandro was named the assistant coach of women's volleyball in August of 2025.

Calandro brings a proven track record of building winning programs and developing athletes at every level. Most recently, she served as Director of Volleyball Operations at Chelsea Piers in Stamford, CT., where she doubled the size of the program, grew athlete participation by more than 100 percent, and led two national-level teams. Her leadership earned her nominations for both Coach of the Year and the All Star Staff Award.

She has also spent the last five seasons as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Manhattanville College, helping guide the Valiants to three straight Skyline Conference Championships. Known for her energy and enthusiasm on the court, Calandro played a key role in practice planning, recruiting, and mentoring student-athletes.

A former Division I standout at Fairfield University, Calandro helped the Stags capture three MAAC titles and make three NCAA Tournament appearances during her four-year career. She was equally strong in the classroom, earning multiple academic honors before graduating cum laude in 2020. She went on to complete her master’s degree in Marketing and Communication Management from Manhattanville, graduating summa cum laude in 2022.
