Brianna Shea SB 2025 Headshot

Brianna Shea

  • Title
    Graduate Assistant Coach

Brianna Shea, a native of Oceanside, CA., joined the Pace University softball coaching staff as a Graduate Assistant in the fall of 2025 after completing a decorated career as one of the most consistent and productive hitters in program history. A psychology major in the Dyson College of Arts & Sciences, Shea was a two-time All-Region selection, an NE10 All-Conference honoree, and a standout in the classroom in addition to her role as president of the Student Athletic Advisory Commitee (SAAC).

Shea cemented her legacy by becoming Pace Softball’s all-time leader in runs batted in (RBIs), finishing her career with a record-breaking total that highlighted her ability to deliver in clutch situations. Across four seasons, she played in more than 200 games and compiled a career stat line that included a .319 batting average, 174 hits, 105 runs scored, 120 RBIs, 30 doubles, 8 triples, and 17 home runs. She also contributed defensively with nearly 200 assists and a steady presence in the infield.

Now transitioning into coaching, Shea brings championship-level experience, offensive expertise, and a proven track record of leadership to the Setters’ staff, where she will continue to impact the program by mentoring the next generation of student-athletes.
