Kevin Marino joins to the Pace University Volleyball staff as an assistant coach as of September of 2024.
Marino come in with a wealth of coaching experience in both high school and club volleyball. He was an assistant with Joel Barlow’s Girls Volleyball Team from 2013-2016 where he helped the Falcons claim four consecutive SWC Championships. In 2017, Marino took over as Head Coach at New Canaan High School, where he remained until 2023.Â

Marino was on staff of Joel Barlow Boys Volleyball since 2013, appointed as head coach 2020, and helped lead the Falcons to an undefeated 2021 Class M Boys Volleyball State Championship, as well as a perfect season (25-0, 75-0) and State Championship in 2022. In total, he has led the Falcons to three South West Conference Championships in his four years as head coach.

Marino coached the Northeast Boys 17 Open team to secure a bid at the 2022 Florida Fest Tournament in Orlando in the 17 USA Division, the second in club history. In the summer of 2022, the coach and the Northeast boys 17 Open team went to Las Vegas and brought home the USAV 17 USA National Championship, only the second CT-based team to win this title. Kevin has been the Northeast Boys 17-1 coach since 2021. He also has assistant coached the 18-1 girls team at the club.

Kevin coached at Fairfield University as an Assistant Coach with the women’s team in the Fall of 2023. Helping the Stags win the MAAC conference tournament en route to a Div. I NCAA tournament appearance.
